Returns are accepted only within 30 days of receipt, provided the items meet our return conditions below. Return Policy:

  • Return window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in resalable, unopened, and unused condition, with original packaging, seals, and no damage from light or moisture. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ineligible items: Seasonal and live goods, consumables, chemicals, hazardous materials, custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Seeds may require a germination test before approval.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please submit a request through our platform or email your order details toJPTGrow@gmail.com. Our team will process it promptly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be processed for eligible items within the 30-day return period. To exchange, complete the return approval process first, then place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Additional processing time may apply for banks or card issuers.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours. Oversized items may be subject to a 10%–15% restocking fee.
