Refund Policy
We want your garden to thrive! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible items. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of receipt, provided the items meet our return conditions below.
1. General Return Conditions (Eligible Items)
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. It must be in good, resalable condition (no light or moisture damage), unopened, unused, and with all original factory packaging and seals intact. Packages must be completely unmarked. All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Seed Items (Hard Goods): Qualified products include garden tools, accessories, plant supports, garden structures, and unused hydroponic system components.
- Seed Products: Returned seed packets must be unopened, unmarked, and in original condition. Please note: Seed returns may be subject to a germination test by our team before a refund is approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales (Strict Exclusions)
For safety, agricultural compliance, and product integrity reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once shipped, opened, used, or unsealed:
- Seasonal & Live Goods: Items considered seasonal goods (including garlic, seed potatoes, onion sets, flower bulbs, asparagus & rhubarb crowns, live plants, mason bee cocoons, and nematodes) are final sale.
- Consumables & Chemicals: Potting soils, growing media, soil amendments, pH adjusters, hydroponic nutrients, liquid/water-soluble plant food, fertilizers, and all pest/disease/odor control products.
- Hazardous, regulated, flammable materials & gases.
- Custom personalized special order items, final sale clearance items, and gift cards.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s) Shipped
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged, defective, leaking, or the wrong item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at JPTGrow@gmail.com.
- Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label for verification.
- If the error is ours or the carrier's, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will gladly send out a replacement at no cost (if merchandise is available) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Missing Items or Lost Packages
If you did not receive an item, have items missing from your shipment, or your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find the package, you must reach out to our customer service team within 30 days from the date of shipment. Claims for missing items made after 30 days will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping: For general returns (changed mind, bought wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping paid to return the product will not be credited or refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: Oversized goods, large garden structures, and heavy freight shipments may have extra return restrictions and are subject to a 10%–15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
6. Return Authorization & Address
Prior return approval is mandatory. Unauthorized returns sent back to us without requesting a return first will be refused directly and will not be refunded.

7. Refund Processing & Exchanges
- Exchanges: The fastest way to replace your item is to complete the standard return process first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new, separate order for the replacement product.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you of the approval result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Note: Banks or credit card providers may need additional time to post the refund. If over 15 business days pass with no update after approval, contact us.)
8. Disclaimer (Gardening Results)
We supply high-quality products, but we do not guarantee specific gardening results including germination rate, lawn establishment, flowering effect, pest control efficiency, crop yield, or overall plant growth performance. Final results depend heavily on actual growing conditions, weather, storage, user skill, and daily maintenance. We are not liable for crop failure or improper use of hydroponic/chemical products.
