- Processing window: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with possible extensions during peak seasons, sales or severe weather.
- Shipping area: We currently only ship within Canada and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a valid physical street address is required for all shipments.
Restrictions: Certain seeds, fertilizers, nutrients and pest control products are - regulated by provinces, and we may cancel or refund orders violating local laws.
Initiating Shipping & Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your province and order subtotal before taxes, with three pricing zones across Canada.
- Standard, remote and extreme remote regions each have tiered shipping fees, with free shipping available on qualifying orders.
- Heavy or oversized items may include additional surcharges, all clearly shown before payment with no hidden fees.
Shipping Methods
- Liquids, nutrients, pH products and pest controls ship via ground only with no expedited options.
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers, and large/heavy orders may be delivered via freight curbside service.
Delivery & Issues
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos for verification.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier, weather or inspection delays.
- Invalid or undeliverable addresses may result in additional shipping and redelivery fees deducted from refunds.
