Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing & General Policies

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional sales, public holidays, or severe weather events.

We currently ship only to valid delivery addresses within Canada.

Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Due to courier restrictions, agricultural product regulations, and the handling requirements of heavy or oversized garden products, a valid physical street address is required for every order.

2. Shipping Rates by Zone

Standard shipping fees are based on your pre-tax order subtotal and the province or territory of the delivery address.

All eligible Canadian orders of CAD $150 or more receive FREE standard shipping, regardless of destination zone.

Your final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout after your delivery location and cart total have been confirmed.

3. Heavy & Oversized Item Surcharges

Large, bulky, or heavy products are excluded from our standard flat-rate and free-shipping offers. These products may include:

  • Bulk soil and growing-media bags
  • Large garden frames and growing equipment
  • Long support posts or oversized accessories
  • Other products requiring special handling

Additional shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, courier restrictions, and delivery zone. All applicable fees will be shown before payment is completed. There are no hidden delivery charges.

4. How We Ship

Ground Shipping for Regulated Products Liquids, nutrient concentrates, pH adjusters, and certain pest-control products may be restricted from air transportation. These products will be shipped by ground service only, and expedited air shipping may not be available.
Multiple or Split Shipments An order may be divided into multiple packages and delivered on different days. A separate tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
Freight and Curbside Delivery Extra-large or heavy orders may be shipped through an LTL freight carrier. Freight delivery includes curbside drop-off only and does not include indoor delivery, unpacking, or unloading beyond the curb.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. When possible, note any visible package damage with the courier driver before accepting the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at JPTGrow@gmail.com .

Please include:

  • Your full order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • A clear photo of the shipping label
Damage claims may not be reviewed or approved without clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

6. Delivery Delays & Address Accuracy

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JPTGrow is not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, extreme weather, seasonal shipping volume, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders returned to our warehouse because of an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to return-shipping and re-delivery fees.

Where a refund is approved, applicable return-shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Agricultural & Provincial Shipping Restrictions

Seeds, fertilizers, liquid nutrients, pest-control products, and other agricultural products may be subject to federal, provincial, territorial, or courier-specific shipping restrictions.

We reserve the right to restrict shipment, cancel an order, or issue a full refund when an item cannot legally or safely be delivered to the selected destination.
