Welcome to JPTGrow. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JPTGrow. We operate this website, store and related services, powered by Shopify, to provide you with a full shopping experience. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy , govern your use of our services. By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
You confirm you are of legal age in your province/state of residence. All account information you provide (email, billing, shipping, payment details) must be true, current and complete. You are fully responsible for account security and all activities under your account. Account transfer, sale or licensing to third parties is prohibited.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & DISCLAIMERS
We strive to display products accurately; however, product color, size, packaging, label and specifications may vary due to screen display, device settings and batch updates. All product images and descriptions are for reference only.
Gardening Result Disclaimer: Growing outcomes including germination rate, lawn establishment, flowering performance, harvest yield, pest control effect and plant health are affected by climate, soil, watering, storage, application methods and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific growing results unless clearly stated in writing.
Customers must read all product labels, warnings and user instructions before purchase and use. Pest control, disease treatment and odor elimination products shall be used strictly in accordance with local laws and manufacturer guidelines. Some regulated items may not be available for sale or shipment in certain provinces, states or regions; we reserve the right to restrict or cancel related orders.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ORDER RIGHTS
All orders are customer purchase offers. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, modify or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory mistakes, product restrictions or shipping limitations. An order is only confirmed after successful payment and our official acceptance. Cancellation may not be available after order confirmation. All returns and exchanges follow our official Refund Policy. Purchases are limited to personal/household use and shall not be resold commercially.

Prices, promotions and discounts may be updated without notice. The final price is the amount shown in your order confirmation at checkout. Unless specified otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, customs fees, shipping or handling charges. You authorize all payments submitted with valid credit card information and agree to settle all applicable fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or force majeure. Once goods are handed to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer.

All text, images, logos, graphics designs, product content and website layout belong to JPTGrow or authorized partners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This store is powered by Shopify to provide technical support. All transactions are directly between you and JPTGrow. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, delivery disputes or after-sales issues arising from your purchases with us. You release Shopify from all related liabilities.
SECTION 9 – PRIVACY
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. Data may also be processed by Shopify to maintain platform operation. By using our site, you acknowledge and agree to relevant privacy rules.
SECTION 10 – CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Any reviews, suggestions, images or content you submit to us grants us a permanent, global, royalty-free license for commercial use, modification and display. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential or provide compensation. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

We may correct typographical errors, price mistakes or inventory inaccuracies at any time without notice, even after orders are placed. We may update product information or discontinue products anytime.
